Matthew Allen does a wonderful job of making everything so plain and simple in this workbook. He often uses step by step points to make the topic discussed clear for all to understand. His use of questions at the end of each chapter lends itself nicely to easy discussion for classroom use and to make sure you clearly understand the chapter for your own personal study.  Matthew's writing style is easy to follow and understand and is logical in its progression. I personally have participated in a study of this workbook and found it to be a very easy read. It gives practical ideas that you can readily put into practice in your own personal life. And to me that is what it is all about......to take the things I study each week and to be able to use them in my daily walk with God.
